I ran my minecraft launcher through curseforge to obtain a modpack (1.16.5), and the obtain speed on the launcher appears to be about 3mb per/s and it is taken about 10 minutes to download 4mbs out of a 300 mb obtain. This is far too slow compared to my actual wifi speeds. this that or the other What am i imagined to do to repair it?

Was the modpack large?

If it is a preferred modpack then it possible is taking a while, with 100s or simply mods with say 10+MB (both or each) it is not shocking.

Strive downloading a smaller pack and see what occurs. Or create your individual and take a look at it (additionally if it's downloading the version and different model necessary files earlier than the mods and every thing else that is also doubtless).

You can also check it with one other Launcher

Now, what I'd do is hook up with Hardwired Wi-Fi, because it is much sooner. Now if that doesn't work, it is likely to be the mob your attempting to launch with forge. When you've got a tons of mods, its would normally take 10 - 15 min to load you up. Now thats what I understand of this.
